President Boakai Departs for the United States to Receive Peace Leadership Award and Deliver Keynote Address at the Africa Peace Awards

Executive Mansion, Monrovia โ President Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr., will this morning depart the country for a working visit to the United States from April 22 to April 30, 2026.
During the visit, President Boakai will receive the prestigious Peace Leadership Award and deliver the keynote address at the 34th Annual Africa Peace Awards, to be held at California State University, Sacramento.
The award recognizes his commitment to peacebuilding, democratic governance, and inclusive development in Liberia and across the African continent.
The Presidentโs delegation comprises the following officials and distinguished
personalities:
