The Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the United States of America, Catherine Rodriguez, paid a courtesy call on Liberia’s Minister of Information, Cultural Affairs & Tourism (MICAT), Jerolinmek Matthew Piah at his Capitol Hill office. 

Accompanied by the  Embassy's Public Affairs Officer, Mr. Sean Boda, they discussed matters of mutual importance between Liberia and United States of America in the areas of cultural heritage promotion; history telling as well as communications enhancement and strategy.
