Foreign Ministry Forwards Handbills To Lower House

MONROVIA, July 22 (LINA) -The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has forwarded 75 copies of each of four Acts of the National Legislature printed into handbills to the House of Representatives.

The Bills are the Act to ratify the Financing Agreement (First Poverty Reduction Policy Financing ) between the Republic of Liberia and the International Development Association) and An Act to ratify the Loan Agreement for the Port of Greenville Rehabilitation project between the National Port Authority (NPA) and the Kuwait Fund For Arab Economic Development.
Other handbills forwarded to the House are An Act to Ratify the Financing Agreement of the Health Systems Strengthening Project between Liberia and the International Development Association, and An Act of the Legislature Prescribing a National Code of Conduct for all Public Officials and employees of the Government of Liberia.
The communication, which accompanied the printed handbills, was dated July 10, 2014 and addressed to the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives, Mildred Sayon.
It was signed by Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister for Legal Affairs, Counselor Boakai Kanneh.
